This is no different from a large apartment block here in the States. Actually, these houses look fairly nice.
Did you notice that in the first pic, a couple of streets appear to be cordoned off from the rest of the neighborhood by a high wall and barbed wire. They also have more cars in the driveways in that section. Elitism en el barrio? |

once the hippies start moving in, though, it'll be just like everyplace else.

The 2nd shot looks real - the first is a rendering (or a retouch job)- look at the cars and the shadows - particularly the second white house from the left on the foreground street - what is causing the shadows on the wall?
|
that's not shadows, that's filth

I still think the 1st is phony |
Where the hell are all the chicken coops and vans?
I'm still trying to figure out what the building on top of the building is. Maybe that's where they keep the chickens............. |

Look at the angles of the shadows in the attached image. The angles are the same. I admit the image looks unreal, but upon closer inspection, I think it's legit. |
you can see the shadow of the curved part on the other part of the roof.
first one is real |

Holy shit...there's propane tanks on those roofs.
I'll bet Cinco de Mayo is *real* interesting around there... |
