I'd go to the grocery store and find the stock manager. Those people know everything about how to get stuff and who gets what from whom and why stuff disappears.

I noticed that the Shoppers grocery chain in VA carries about 5 different Godiva flavors but not the one you are looking for. Why not order directly from Godiva? Go to a Godiva store and plead your case to the manager. Then, buy some chocolate to "hold you over." :)
