Millionaires! I wish! OK, well, maybe a couple. But there's a lot more wannabe's out here than the real thing. Same story everywhere, I imagine.

I got the impression one had to be a milionaire to even get an appointment with a real estate broker out there.
Since Ahnold became king, the desirability of living in CA has increased dramatically which drives the prices even higher. :haha:
