Ooooh Black Cherry - a recent convert to Hanks - well, I'll have to look for it! Haven't seen it in the area. May have to travel (but there are other reasons for road trips too!)

On an up note though we now have a Subway in my town.....meatball sub is nice.

IIRC, there is one Taco Bell left in England, somwehere in London. There was one in Cambridge by the Grafton Centre, but they closed it.

Just a few sites that covers the "dangers of sugar". This isn't to try to sway anyone from using sugar..if you use it, so be it.

I haven't used regular sugar since I found out I was diabetic, so I think I have a pretty good reason to not use regular sugar.

What's the difference??? As it turns out, HFCS suppresses the hormone that tells you that you have had enough to eat. This is why all the fast food joints and restaurants started kicking up the portion size of soft drinks - the more of it you drink, the more you can eat before you get full.

Its not a coincidence (in the opinion of many nutritionists) that the obesity revolution in the US and elsewhere in the world started in 1971 - pretty much the same time that HFCS took the place of sugar (sucrose - which does not suppress the "I'm full" hormone).
