However, I now have his home address. Is this really information I should have?

The potential for abuse is pretty enormous. I have avoided contributing to my favorite candidate for exactly this reason.

Yes. You have his home address. But you could have gotten it any number of ways before. This just makes it slightly more convenient.

70 years ago you could only get $2 for your vote. Inflation? :)

I'm on that list.

Great - thanks, now I have to find a new dentist for I hate Bush so so very much, so very much.

Here's a rundown of Bush Pioneers.

Uh-oh, someone working for the Archdiocese gave money to Hillary. Guess who's going to be looking for a new job soon.

I hope not, but I'm a cynic when it comes to religion mixing with politics.

Bill Gates gave $2,000? What's that--the change off his dresser?

classicman 01-06-2008 12:15 PM

I put in almost everyone I know and streets around me - I couldn't find one person that I actually know.

His sales force successfully kept another non-profit from switching to Linux.

This old thread is funny. I'm kind of horrified to see that I was contemplating giving $100 of my hard earned money to Kerry. Of course, I would have paid $100 to ensure Bush wasn't President any more, so I can understand my thoughts back then. But, man.

lookout123 01-07-2008 03:21 PM

now now glatt, if you had followed through and given theat $100 to Kerry that might have been what he needed to get him over the hump. If he had won the election then the world would not have come to such a calamitous end in November of 2004... what? the world didn't end? You mean the government just kept screwing Americans in the same fashion it always has? Nevermind.

So who dragged this shit up from the depths?

Note dates people.

I cannot tell a lie - It was me - I did it.

Classic has been on a bump frenzy. I couldn't figure out, the other day, why Glatt was talking about the pros and cons of Kerry...then I saw it was a classic bump.

Does anyone find these bumps annoying? Does anyone love to review, compare, and contrast? Does anybody really know what time it is? Does anybody really care? Shall I start a poll? ;)

Just messin' with ya, classic! :)

i actually enjoy it. every once in awhile i'll stumble across a thread where someone he arguing with all their might, the exact opposite of what they say they feel today. it's interesting to see growth and change in humans. except TW. he was hatched.
