Just pray you don't HAVE to go on a restricted eating plan (like myself). Granted, I don't follow it to the letter, and it's not so much the taste but of the limited amounts you have to eat. Not many food choices in a diabetic/renal diet, believe me. It's sucks.:mad:

Not worth the hypertension, IMO., that'll lead to other health complications that will lead to scarfing down a cocktail of pills everyday and hospital visits. :(

BUT...as they say, "all things in moderation". :)

And not all healthy foods taste like sand...lol!

have you ever been to fresh fields(whole foods) in devon? way way way better than zagara's and cheaper too. it's right on rte 30 near the bmw dealer and the devon horse show my wife and i drive all the way from elverson,,,and its worth it

they have this black bean salsa there.....woowee!

where do you live?

there is a rumor of a new whole foods going in in downingtown, too
