I guess no one noticed I was from CA or no one cares, or maybe it was the political incorrectness of my previous post, sorry:( It's gone now. |
Uh... no one minds that. Well, some do. But after lots and lots of arguing, the biggest PC idiot is gone.

OK Bruce. I'll just let the 'piss' flow.
How do I post a pic that I want to share w/ ya'll? |
When you go to post a reply, underneath the text box is an "Attach file" area. Click the "browse" button, select your image, and hit "ok". Then, type up your message in the text box explaining the image, and click "Submit Reply".
Don't use the "Preview Reply" feature, or it won't work. You can't preview when you're uploading images. That's about it. :) |
juju,
I followed your inst., but it said my pic was too big. I know it can't be that big (no bigger than Bruce's dodads pics), but the pic is saved as a Microsoft Paint image. I think when I attached it the whole program was trying to be attached. So, I saved the pic in Word, but noticed that .doc wasn't a valid file extension. I really know nothing about computers and don't know how to save this pic so that it can be added to my post:confused: HELP!!!!!!! |
Well, your picture has to be either a gif or a jpeg.
If you have Windows 2000 or XP, load up your picture in MS Paint, go to the File menu, and click 'Save As'. When the 'Save As' dialog box comes up, change the 'Save as type' dropdown box to 'JPEG', and change the filename so that it ends in '.jpg'. In Windows 95 and 98, MS Paint doesn't let you save your image as a jpeg or gif. So, if you have 95 or 98, you'll have to download an image editor of some kind. Any one will do, and the steps will be the same as I described above. |
Unfortunately, I'm Old Skool. I have Win 98 (better than 95 I guess). So, how do I download an image editor? Do I go through Windows website?
