That's why I included the date of the article I quoted in my post, something I don't typically do, rather than relying on the linked webpage to provide it. That estimation capabilities can rapidly change is a consideration while reading the post.

We read it here maybe ten years ago. We were told in The Cellar that the internet is virtual. It cannot be blocked.
