We have them here too, but they aren't thick enough yet to be a hazard to vehicles. They spread deer ticks and eat gardens though.

They eat everydamnedthing. I planted over 30 rose bushes in my yard when I moved here. Year after year, they eat them down to sticks. They jump the fences around my veg plots and decimate my garden. This past year, they started eating my arbor vitae - which look like lollipops now.

I have deer going through the yard every day. They cross the road by my house then go 300 yards up to where the land slopes down to the creek with no banking to drink. last summer when it was wet the path they take looked like kids on dirt bikes torn it up.
