Sometime putting it down is sometimes the only way to organize what's in your head... and gut. But these are usually inner turmoils,(which it why they can't be organized in your head), and shit you don't want to reveal to the general public because they give a glimpse of a vulnerability.

Maybe you should save those scraps for your memoirs... or biography... movie of the week. :D
