I was once so addicted to a specific community that the first 2 weeks of getting banned there after like 3 years with that never happening were more productive then the whole previous 3 years. I see that I missed the cutoff time, so footfootfoot is unlikely (should all go well) to see this post. Good for him, he's missing ... not much. I would only add that I've experienced what he's described and it does suck, it does have tangible, negative effects on my health and my life. I'm very glad he's doing what's necessary.
