Sorry about that. You take the apple and core it and slice thin on a mandolin, dry it in the oven, then put in a food processor wizz it up as fine as possible. The apple does not dry out completely so you will not get a powder. That is the hard part, just mix the cinnamon, brown sugar , and salt.
