This is correct. Unless you are certified and acting in that capacity (have a breathing mask etc), it is recomended to just keep doing the compressions. Not whilst the patient is having a seizure, though. Just afterwards, if there is no pulse. If there is pulse but no breathing, then you check the airway and you might consider rescue breathing if you have an appropriate protective barrier. But generally seizure victims will start breathing again once the seizure passes.

I keep a CPR mask in the coin pocket of my jeans. And I only give CPR to people who are breathing and have a pulse.

It keeps my effort to a minimum, and my success rate at 100%.
