You should tell tham to stick it up their fucking arses.

However, when I have a case like this at school I say to the child concerned - Was what they said true? No. So whoever said it is very silly and you can just ignore them. No need to listen to silly people.

But words like fucking and arse are frowned on there, so I've had to compromise.

my kid now says effing, I'm not proud of this but he also doesn't know that it's a euphemism for fucking

Things were better at last nights Board member till I exploded and threw my keys against the wall. Sometimes I'm my own worse enemy

Go easy on yourself, Sarge. With all you're dealing with job-wise, health-wise and life-wise, if you didn't have some steam to let off, it'd be a wonder.

And be glad you are not a postal worker. ;)

One of my hardest vet memories is about 5 years ago ... the night we brought my kitty cat in...... (Emergency clinic)

She I think was having some kinda issues, she was 18 and when they gave her the shot to make her goto sleep,it was very hard watching........

@ least im glad I was there with kitty :(

Hello all,

This is going to be a weird post. I was an active Cellar member years ago (I used to be "sandypossum"). A few years ago I went through a series of severe traumas, have severe PTSD, and recently, decided to wanted to come back here (because there are some awesomely intelligent and perceptive people in the Cellar) but I have changed my email addresses, couldn't remember my password, and so on, and ended up having to re-register with a new name and email address. Now I find I can't start a post without responding to existing posts first (understandable safety measure) so I tried the health thread and bingo - found one which I assume indicates Big Sarge also has PTSD, although it's from 2011...

So here I am. I think I have to respond to a few other posts before I can start one. It's to try to pick your collective brains on strategies - I'm guessing I wouldn't be the only one here with PTSD?

Cheers for now, Tinker
