dude, great pics! i cannot wait to go back myself! i love that town tremendously! only ran into a couple inhospitables in my many travels there back in the 90's. otherwise it was a great experience and damn....would love to see it again!

Otherwise, the first stage is pain that can become unbearable. Last stage is penile necrosis. The reduction in size is then drastic, more like amputation.

It is called priapism.

And I can tell from personal experience that it is very painful. At fisrt, I made quite an impression on my girlfriend. She drove me to the hospital after 6 hours. I was unable to drive. They injected me with something. Fortunately, no lasting effect.
