what caught my eye was the poor design at the top of the escalator. I see the kid was trying to crawl through the gap, but didn't make it.

I don't think it's really fair to expect escalator designers to plan for children riding all the way to the top on the outside... If anything, a "way out" for him at the top would really just be a "way to fall through" for some other kid already on the second floor.

I was planning to combine the two of you into a Cloudfobble, but now I can't. Due to this debate over proper escalator design.
