Yeah and they were damn near shot. If we only have to buy 2 tires out this mess I'll consider us lucky.

Hopefully that's the only expense you'll have to shoulder, that is, unless your deductible is high.

when it's the other driver's fault, my deductible doesn't enter into it. My company is not involved. i considered calling my agent for advice....but thought better of it. i have an friend from high school who is an ins agent that I can talk to about it..... i'll try to reach him on Monday if I don't see him at the gym tomorrow.

Public adjuster. Lawyer.

Seriously dude, do not take on ins companies any sooner than you'd want a math challenged romantic with a 850 credit rating walking onto your competitor's car lot.

Seriously, You can't even come close to playing their game, much less winning.

But if the other guy was ticketed then the law is on their side.

I believe their insurance company can sue the other insurance company and win?

There was no way an investigation will lead to anything but faulting the other driver. The photos clearly show it.

Absolutely, let your Ins. company fix it and get the money from his company, including your deductable. My Ins. company told me three weeks ago, "That's what you're paying us for".

Photos hell, my wife was hit my a rich old ahole and he was clearly at fault. Photos, state law on our side, police observation, etc...we should have won hands down...and insurance still split 50-50...f'n aholes
