btw, the reason I'm looking is I'm edumakating my breast-cancer friend in lolcatism. it's a crash course, so she can enjoy ceiling cat watching her recuperate. and this is one of the first ones I mentioned because it was easy to describe. but now i can't find the fucker.I could always make my own, of course. But it bothers me that it has diappeared off the face of the planet.

and now I've got to the topic, those who have read the thread will know my role in her battle is comic relief. I posted in the "my best friend has breast cancer" thread a bewigged lolcat who fixd her cranial prosthesis (the insurance tern for a wig for chemo patients) ...but I refrained from posting the other chemocat i made for her in case it offended others looking for answers when their friend gets breast cancer. My friend told me I was sick and she loved it. those who have ben following the saga might remember that after she was diagnosed, every medical professional she went near wanted to feel her lump....

I'm seem to remember there was a classic lolcat saying "oh hai! I upgraded your ram" but while there are a few of those in search, the actual classic I remember isn't amongst them.

Breast cancer patients have much better senses of humor than their friends, apparently.

The most popular shirt and bumpersticker at my friend the breast cancer surgeon's office is one that says "Save the Ta-Tas."

Sadly, so true. People seem horrified when she jokes about it. Our friend (who is the president of the board of education) has an 18yo Autistic son and says the same thing about autism jokes -people who haven't been there are horrified when she jokes about it. *sigh*

I have that on the back of my truck. I bought them for all the girls at work in one place I go. My wife and daughter have them on their cars. We got the magnets.

If anyone wants one, or one of their great t-shirts, go here.

I sent the second base image to my friend the breast cancer surgeon. She loved it.

monster 09-21-2009 11:18 AM

Sadly it's too late for my friend's ta-tas -or one of them at least so I think I'll maybe hold off on sharing those. She cried this morning -she's never had surgery before so it's double scary. I bought her a press button receive bacon tote bag to put her stuff in when she goes for surgery. Ooops thread drift, sorry. As you were
