well the issue with refrigerating bananas is texture, so if that's not a problem for you then it's no problem

Hmm, interesting. They all seem to be the same except when they get very soft a few days after the peak yellow and the brown spots start. But being an insensitive lout I probably don't notice subtle changes. :haha:
