There's another solar power scam going around that's a pyramid scheme, I forget the details on the stupid flyer on my door, but it had something to do with an initial $500 investment, and then when their company gets going and the technology is actually put in place, as an early "customer" you get some low energy rate locked in.

Definate BS meter on that one Clod.

Equally, the joys of owning a 15 to 20 year old solar system don't sound too huge. By that time it will probably have failed and need repair or replacement.

Keep looking.

Which is actually a thought ... do you drink or harvest the rainwater from your roof, Ducks? Will this affect water volume or quality in any way?

I do harvest rainwater AND I have a grey water recycling system (good pretend hippie), but the panels wont effect the collection as the water will just run off them into the downpipes or under the panels.

How is anyone supposed to know that when you keep posting with an American accent?

A simple g'day would help.

At least Dana discusses her bonnet.
