Purty place.

OMFG Radar! What a bummer! fingers crossed for you (and I'm with those that say, if you're confident of getting another job and you're still "technically" employed by your old employer then just keep fillin' in the forms and don't tell the bank ... yet).
nice radar. if you are 100% sure you won't have any gap in employment and you'll still be making the same there is no reason to pull the plug on this. Get your loan paperwork processed ASAP. If you move quickly you'll still have current paystubs for your job and the only thing most companies verify right before close is the balanced in your checking and savings accounts if that is where your down payment is coming from.
I'm sorry, Radar. I hope it works out for you. Keep us informed, eh?
He'll just use the illegal campaign funds he stashed, from under his mattress. :lol2:
Sorry to hear about the setback. While I don't expect that you believe in luck, per se, I'm wishing you good luck anyway. You may use it as you see fit.
Nice place Radar... can't wait to see pics after you move in.
I won't be moving in. I just got a call from my old friend/boss, and he says they won't be hiring anyone for about a month. So I called the real estate guy and told him I lost my job.
I'm sorry to hear that Radar. I know how excited you were.
Damn, that is a very nice place. I want it myself! (I love arches for some reason).
However, even if you can't buy it RFN, in this economy there is a good chance it will still be available in a month or two. Failing that, it is almost certain that there will be plenty of nice places available at good prices for the next few years. You'll get something. |
