When we were kids someone threw out some feather pillows.

We found them and had a pillow fight in the street. There were feathers flying everywhere.

Unfortunately, one of the neighbors was painting his house at that moment.

LJ, those look like cervical pillows to me, although there's nothing to give scale.

I always thought this was a bolster ... lookee, I've learned something new.

I first heard them called a "husband" back in the early '80s ... "husband" as in "the only thing a good Catholic girl takes to bed."
