OK, I'm in the right place. This board has people who actually read something that isn't pixellated!
I envy those of you who have books that "do the rounds" in your families. My family doesn't read anything but TV listings. My parents were readers and I've even tried bribing my kids to read, but my husband actually told me once when I had been reading a lot that I was "being antisocial." Humph. LOVED Garp. |
I've just realised why I've been singing Turn and Run by Neil Finn all week.

We had a saying in my family much like, "The Undertoad is strong today." It was, "Mom didn't take her meds today."
I loved that book, and have been meaning to read more of his stuff. I think you can learn from fiction Merc, learning isn't always factual in nature. |
