My hope is that he won't jump onboard with some asinine universal health plan to begin with. My hope is that he'll actually go the other direction and start cutting the budget. My hope is that some day we'll actually get a president that understands that budgets are meant to be balanced, not by simply saying "we'll raise more money", but by saying "we have to spend less".

But hey, hope in one hand and spit in the other...
