I still don't get it - At worst, this was an opportunity for the restaurant to get some free publicity in the community. Well he got that anyway, but now only cuz he was an asshat. I still don't get why he chose that course.

I get it: course, four course meal, of course.

My hope is that people just don't go back; like I said before very few of us are untouched by cancer in our lives. He can cry over his caper sauce.

What's the saying? Give good service to someone and they'll tell someone else; give bad service to someone and they'll tell 10 people? Something like that.

It's gonna be hard for them to get the taste of asshat out of everyone's mouth.

They'd have to do a massive pr campaign to put that shit behind them, the letter to the paper ain't gonna do it.

Meh, they just need to rename themselves something like Jet Blue, everyone will forget their asshat-ery. It's a proven method.
