You're right. After I posted it, I clicked the link to try it, and it took me to the end of the street view so I added the instructions. Must have been because I already had the link open in another window.... or because I'm an idiot. :o

There are some neighborhoods on that map that the google bug hasn't been through. Just imagine what they're like.
