Gee, this sounds like the same problem we've been having with our mortgage lender although they're soon to be NOT our mortgage lender anymore.

Basically my advice is, don't pay unless someone can prove that you actually owe a debt.

I just finished typing a letter to the company which I will mail out tonight. Within the letter is a copy of their BBB report, which by the way was of course unsatisfactory. I do appreciate everybodies input and all the fast responses. I put some blurbs of my letter on here a little later.
