Only the first one was good.

I hope you mean "was a shame" instead of "puts it to shame".

Outstanding movie:

Battle of Algiers.

It is in French and subtitled in English. So if you don't have the skills to read and watch you may not like it. A classic in teaching circles about insurgencies and terrorism.

Shitty movie- Pursuit Of Happyness. Will Smith was great though.

Bad movie: Pirates of the Caribbean

Good performance, as always: J Depp (Keira and Orlando can bite me.)

If Keira bites you I'd make sure you got shots - there's something about her that suggests dirty to me.

Alan Rickman as the Sheriff of Nottingham in Robin Hood Prince of Thieves. It might be unfair to call it a horrible film, but it certainly wasn't one I rated.

Alan Rickman is great in whatever he does.

So *that's* why GWB hasn't learned from it. Thanks for clearing that up, mercy.

Night Of The Living Dead, the first one. Some good acting.

I love that movie. It's also used in teaching circles to look at the cultural/social/political effects of colonialism.

Bet you $100 that he has never even heard of it, neither has most of his generals, except for those in Spec Ops or SF.

I agree, it really is a great snapshot of so many angles associated with colonialism, terrorism, and the people who are outside those two groups who are affected the most, the population at large. It has some great trailers and bonus features that interview people the movie was based on.

Not to mention it's beautifully directed.

Costner's Wyatt Earp was sorta slow until Dennis Quaid came in as Doc Holiday. I didn't know Quaid could act.
