There was a suggestion in Liberty magazine that we replace pennies with lock washers, since they both cost about 3 cents to manufacture nobody would "counterfeit" washers and treasury would save the cost of manufacture. :)

Let's just ditch the penny already. Its 4cents either way, I lose change that small all the time. Its no biggie.
