Did you know that you can freeze bananas in their skins? Saves on plastic bags. ;)

If you bake bananas in their skins, they're yummy with caramel sauce over the top. Just cut them down the middle and scoop the flesh straight out.

Another fun thing is to poke a stick in them and dip them in chocolate then freeze them. They make great iceblocks.
