MS13 with an AR16 rifle are called MS16. They are now invading our cities conspiring with Saddam and Putin to kill us all.

Perhaps Mr. tw was thinking of the Russian RPK-16 light machine gun which uses the standard design and layout of Kalashnikov assault rifle family. The RPK-16 has barrel change capability, so it can be uses as a standard light machine gun with a long barrel or as an assault machine gun with a short barrel.
