I touched newcat this morning. She was making nice with Slick while I was squatted down showing him some love. She went under his chin and just nonchalantly slid my hand down her back.

She was still in high gear when she went 'round the corner. Never looked back.

Here's a little video of Carrot having a play with his new spacehopper toy. From about 3 weeks ago. Please to ignore the shameful carpet and the lack of proper sound, thankyousoverymuch.




As of last week's vet trip Carrot is now 20kg. How much of that is fur I don't know :P

She's just as wild as wild can be. She doesn't take off like a shot anymore when she sees us, but, she still gets down in the starting blocks and looks over her shoulder to see if we're coming after her.

Momdigr can get closest, she tried picking her up, and paid dearly for her trouble.
