He's probably just busy working. Sometimes he does those long shifts and isn't around much. I'm sure he'll be back before you know it. ;)

It's not unusual for Merc to be gone a week or two, especially if there aren't any new threads in the Politics and Current Events forums.

Maybe he decided to cut himself off until after the elections.
