I just wanted to note, that I had a Long Island Iced tea for the first time in a long time.

It seems to be much more potent than my usual Martini.

Long island iced teas are wicked. You only need one of those to get shit faced if you've already had a few drinks.

Mind you, martini's have got a kick all of their own. My girls and I had a cocktail party for me hens night and it was the martini that knocked me on my arse.

I stay away from the hard stuff - I stick with bourbon and tequila, for the most part.

Me too. I mostly just drink coffee and Bailey's, orange juice and vodka, and Coke and bourbon.

Last night, my gf and I made blueberry margaritas with fresh blueberries from my blueberry bushes, then watched movies and drank them. And did other fun stuff, too.

Hmmm, well, the sore butt muscles comes from being a bit adventurous on the balcony :D ones stablisher muscles got a bit of a work out it would appear.

Was gonna post something really cool ( I think) and forgot what it was...posted some shite as a new thread ad UG pointed me over to this thread. The meaninless drunk thread. Cool. That's prettty much what I am looking foir right now.

Oh, but I am in a really good mood, and I don;t mean just drunk. Granted the real ale helped and the whiskey probably didint hurt, but I was already fairly cheery. But here's the thing...when your mood is up there and ideas are fizzing, and your mind's running overdrive and everything seems to be slipping into placce....you know, there's a stop sign coming up. You know you're going to crash, and feel as low as you feel high.

spent the last few days just riding the wave, euphoric, in control, everything working just like it should. Working frighteningly well. Ideas fizzling, and flying wild. Momentum building up, and it's wierd cauase it's always edgy, like any second now you're going to lose your balance, lose your footing and fall, but yyou're so fucking confident. So fast....nothing's fast enough, it all seems to move so slow. Like you're high on amphetamines, but you've not taken anything. All building up to a crescendo.....

But anyway....I'm getting sidetracked: important point is that I am drunk.
