I changed over my bye week players. I had no idea what I was doing. I'd pick a kicker then realize he hasn't played all year.

I think I got it settled, but for me it's a crap shoot anyway!

glatt 10-01-2009 07:32 AM

I keep putting this off. I think I need to pick up some free agents. My inactive folks mostly suck.

Shawnee123 10-01-2009 07:36 AM

That's what I had to do.

elSicomoro 10-04-2009 07:01 PM

Me and Mrs. G are tied with only the Steelers D (me) and Chester Taylor (her) to play. I think I'm gonna pull this one off, unless the Steelers just totally suck tonight.

Griff 10-04-2009 07:23 PM

She wants badly to lose. priorities
The goats are in a bad way now that NO has a running game. They're a damn fine football team but I didn't draft Brees to manage an offense.

lumberjim 10-04-2009 07:52 PM

I suck so bad this year. But i might win this week. with a 22 point lead over blue....she has Adrian Petersen who could easily score that much, but I also have the vikings D and Percy Harvin (Percy is this years version of Desean Jackson of the Eagles..but he's a Viking)

so....

Go Vikes!

jinx 10-04-2009 07:58 PM

I also need the Vikings to do well so that I can beat Whip.
Go Farrrrvruh.
:cheerldr:

Fine drama - Glatt and I are all tied up 90-90, but he has one guy left to play tonight... Green Bay's #2 WR, and all he needs is 10 yards and Glatt gets the game. It will surely happen... good game, good game

glatt 10-05-2009 11:05 AM

Nothing is sure. I thought LenDale White would contribute something, but he gave me a big old goose egg. This guy could too.

If it hadn't been a bye week, I wouldn't have picked up the 49er's defense team. I owe everything this week to the 43 points they earned me.

Undertoad 10-05-2009 09:21 PM

One catch for 7 yards, and it's halftime... the suspense, the drama...

Undertoad 10-05-2009 09:40 PM

There it is, it's all over... good game

jinx 10-05-2009 09:52 PM

So both undefeated teams were defeated this week. The plot thickens...

lumberjim 10-05-2009 10:41 PM

and the heretofore defeated bullies are now in the W column.

And so ye did!

Favre had so much time in the pocket... how much time did he have?

= He had enough time to prepare a cup of coffee with cream and sugar... but not enough time to wipe up the single drop of coffee that landed outside his cup

= He had enough time to do a full oil and filter change

= He had enough time to attend three therapy sessions and almost work out his issues with his father

= He had enough time to study his Vikings playbook and also the playbooks of all other teams that have thought about picking him up next off season

= Not only could he work out who to throw the ball to, but he had time to study the stats on "yards after catch" on each possible receiver

= After each hike, he could meet with 10 season ticket holders and sign 5 autographs

I checked in at half time and was like "what the hell?" am I really going to get no points from this player? I still haven't looked at what happened, but I'm glad he earned some points.

Well, if I haven't lost a game (yet), doesn't that make the Ruff Riders undefeated? Even if they haven't won them all? Technically speaking, anyway?
