May 13th, 2019: How Did The Chicken Cross The Road

Well never know why, give it up they’re not talking.
Guantanamo can’t make them talk. The KGB got nothing. Even Mossad threw in the towel. So settle for how they crossed the road.
Drivers had to yield to a critter which can be as slow as a reluctant toddler, plus there is clear evidence a couple of the took a crap
in the crosswalk... hopefully they didn’t have a newspaper or smart phone with them.



I assume this is Germany because TinEye says the photograph only appeared in two German publications, Bild, and Welt.

I'd like to know how they got the chicken to use the crossing.

Which brings up the oldie but goodie "Deer Crossing" radio show call-in. Which I still to this day wonder if it was a farce. But funny nonetheless.

I'd guess they painted the crosswalk where the chickens were crossing regularly.

Disappoint, the sign says giant chickens crossing but there is only a regular-sized one

Should have seen that coming, you know how those sign and billboard painters exaggerate. Besides if the were giants they wouldn't need a crosswalk.
