Aug 11th, 2018: Ohio Shower

In Columbus Ohio they were digging with a backhoe when they broke a water main.
They were working on it when an irate man covered with soap comes out of his house screaming about the
loss of water pressure in his shower and proceeds to rinse off in the spray from the ruptured main.

The first part of that happened to me before.

Me, too.

Me three. But in my case, the rupture was in my basement from the pressure regulating tank of my wellhead. Rusted through at the back and chose the moment of full suds to go "pop". I just wiped off with a towel and undertook to learn how to replace the thing at Lowe's.

Must say, the plumbing guy was very helpful, even giving pointers on sweating pipes together for a non-plumber.

Turned out working quite well. (see what I did there? LOL)
