Phillip K. Smith, III, took a 90 year old cabin in the desert and transformed it into an amazing art exhibit. It is all about slowing down, being quiet and watching change take place.
First he added mirrors that reflect the desert around the structure. Then he added interior LED light that slowly rotates through the color wheel.

Gravdigr Monday Dec 2 03:35 PMI like the floating roof effect of the mirrors.
blueboy56 Tuesday Dec 3 01:59 PMThe daylight photos reminds me of the Bob Shaw story with "Slow Glass". I believe the story name is ~"Light of Other Days".
I am truly impressed that this art work was able to reivive old memories of another time.
Thank you.

Yeah, the colors are cool but have been done a lot. But the mirrors, on the other hand, made me do a double take. Thought I knew what was up right away, but details made me keep checking to make sure I was right. Really cool effect.
SPUCK Wednesday Dec 4 07:42 AMThat is waaay cool!
I can imagine the cop's consternation when they get the "barricaded" call to that address.
