2/2/2003: Nanjing version of Hooters

When I saw this shot, I was reminded of Cellarite Snagglefish's picture that has a similar theme. Er, and yet different - his was of a MORE prurient (?) nature. (I couldn't find it quickly, but it's here on the site somewhere.)

It's the body paint that reminded me. Yeah, that's it. Anyway, this is a restaurant in Nanjing, and I write "version of Hooters" in the sentence just as an editorial bit; I don't know if this is a trend, or a chain, or what. All I'm thinking is that hot soup can cause nasty burns on areas of the body with more tender skin.

Snag, is the body paint a whole big movement or something?

Would you rather have the hot soup drip off quickly or stay absorbed in your clothes and burn you even longer because it is stuck by surface tension to your skin?

body paint.

Perhaps <a href="http://snagglefish.org/concubine/pages/100-0064_IMG.htm">this is the photo</a> you are referring to?

Don't think that there is a body paint trend here particularily...we are always just looking for new and exciting ways to party.

Body paint fits the bill.

That's the one. Thanks for reposting the link.

I love the look on the woman in the center's face - What is it do you suppose that she is looking at?

dave  Monday Feb 3 10:17 AM

"Our waitress has a tail!"

snagglefish  Monday Feb 3 12:38 PM

you are correct.

Good call, Dave.
My bad.
So hard to keep track of body-paint-licking-breasts-photos really.
*sigh*

Hey, if that's the biggest of your problems... lucky guy.
