July 15, 2009: Beat It
At Christmas we have a Little Drummer Boy... pa rum pum pum pum.
If that's not enough, we can have 12 Drummers Drumming.
Surely that's enough for anyone, right?
It should be, but Nooooooooooooooo!!!

They are the hellraisers of the music world. But the 582 drummers who drummed together yesterday shunned the example of the likes of The Who's Keith Moon and Led Zeppelin's John Bonham to work together in perfect harmony. They beat out the same rhythm for five minutes to set a new world record. |

I'm relieved that this wasn't a Michael Jackson or masturbation thread.
This should be an easy record to break. With drummers being a dime a dozen, it would only cost $4.86. We can afford that.
