Mar, 26, 2009: Peruvians

Not a long story here, but this is the Image of The Day, after all.
Everlasting Blort points to Edwina Beaumont's page of Peruvian people in their native dress.

She writes;

I couldn't eat them anyway. Jerky always gets caught in my teeth.

So that's what I'd have wound up looking like if I'd have kept doing the Peruvian powder.

It was her turn to wear the teeth.

They do look like happy people, though. Not like they have an easy life, but that they take it in stride.

The amazing thing is that the guy is 32 and the woman is 28. It's the smoking.

Peru should make Robert Redford an honorary citizen. He would blend right in these days.

Looks to me like the man has some white around his right nostril.

But they look like happy people, and the children don't look like sullen brats.
