October 24, 2007: Bison statue is attacked

Apparently these images were accompanied by the following report. (Hat tip to xoB.)

Quote:
There was some damage to the statue of the American Bison in front of the house in Big Sky. There was an attempt to prevent the damage. Throwing stones at, and hitting, the attacker. The attacker could not be dissuaded, and kept up his assault for eight hours. The incident even caused a traffic situation in front of the house.

The damage consisted of:
1) The loss of about two inches from the left horn. The broken piece
is on the work bench in the garage.
2) Hoof scratches on the side of the Bison.
3) Some chips in the right rear hoof.
4) Blood stains behind the Bison.

The statue was also moved eight inches forward. There was an attempt to center the statue on the pedestal, but to no avail.

Those pics are worth more than 4000 words, I tells ya!!

Sundae  Wednesday Oct 24 04:24 PM

Attack? It looks consensual to me - that bison is begging for it.

monster  Wednesday Oct 24 04:25 PM

Cloud  Wednesday Oct 24 06:52 PM

8 hours without a hole. Now that's truly pathetic.

Buahahahaha.

You can imagine him telling all his little Moose buddies.

Elspode  Wednesday Oct 24 11:07 PM

This moose is clearly severely handicapped. Blind, for starters, greatly reduced sensation of the penis, and *no fucking sense of smell*...note that, in the first pic, he's sniffing the metallic bison's hindquarters.

Wishful smelling, if you ask me.

Clodfobble  Wednesday Oct 24 11:50 PM

But you can bet it smells like something now...

Ok, so what's going on here?

Sarasvati48  Thursday Oct 25 12:19 PM

LOL! I saw a show about those Real Dolls! Creeped me the heck out! But, a rutting male moose will mount anything, even you. That is why they are so dangerous during mating season. And yes, they are relentless and determined until the urge passes.

thealphajerk  Thursday Oct 25 01:23 PM

maybe he thought it was chocolate mousse....

Cicero  Thursday Oct 25 02:46 PM

So jinx's question still stands...!!!

Please see the "You sound like a horny moose" thread in Home Base.
Contributions are still needed.

hunnybunch  Sunday Oct 28 03:38 PM

OK, who gave the moose ED meds? Obvious side effects - Priapism and difficulty seeing.

xoxoxoBruce  Sunday Oct 28 10:13 PM

Welcome to the Cellar, hunnybunch.
