Undertoad Monday Oct 1 03:10 PMOctober 1, 2007: Teeny baby
It's the Monday Neatorama collaboration image!
The Mail has it again. Weighing in at a record-setting 10 oz. is tiny Kimberly, the smallest surviving birth in Germany. She just missed the world record by an ounce. Since we had the massive baby a few days ago, I thought it would be appropriate to bring this one in as its counterpart.
They compare her to the size of a mobile phone, and there's the pen for comparison. Here's a blurrier shot but with an adult hand:
I'm reminded of Bill Cosby's great "Childbirth"... "Darling, I love you very, very much... you just gave birth to a lizard."
Remember to check out our friends at Neatorama for more neato stuff all the time!

Or a tiny clay statue of a baby. That's sad.

The bar on the right represents the weight of the 17.1 lbs baby.
