3/24/2006: Six-legged lamb

This six-legged lamb is one-day old; at the time of the photo, a vet had recommended removing two of the limbs if the lamb made it to one week old, but there's no further information on the current status of the beast.

Extra leg o' lamb just in time for Easter. (you thought it too. stop pretending you're better than I)

dar512  Friday Mar 24 11:58 AM

Pancake Man  Friday Mar 24 01:44 PM

Apparently, the government's secret animal breeding projects are going as planned. Next comes the Giraffoceros.

capnhowdy  Friday Mar 24 05:29 PM

I can't helpbut wonder if it survives, what kind of life will he have and what will they do with him.

Very odd. And interesting.

I thought when they cloned something it is supposed to be like ......er...separate.

jojo  Saturday Mar 25 08:36 AM

i wanna see video of how he moves--does he have mobility in all of the legs, can he move them all independently? baby goats and lambs are so ridiculously adorable when they're little and kicking up their heels and running and jumping all over!! i'm going looking for video.....

RaisenOx  Saturday Mar 25 10:56 AM

Mmmmm, lambsect.

astrodex  Saturday Mar 25 03:27 PM

They should watch out for that one. He's already "devoured" his own wombmate. Or most of him, anyway.

seakdivers  Monday Mar 27 02:13 AM

Mmmmm... quadropus. When's lunch?

onetrack  Tuesday Mar 28 09:34 AM
